I thought I would title this post with a tukh from bani. Why did I choose this tukh? Well because there is an upcoming Rainnsabaee in Maryland. This coming weekend is the annual Maryland Smagam. It will be taking place Saturday night at GNFA. For more information visit AKJ.org. Next weekend (March 15 and 16), there is a Rainnsabaee in Detroit. Please attend these smagams and be blessed with Naam and Bani. I would also like to tell everybody about the upcoming Atlanta Smagam. It will take place in June. More details will be coming soon! Vaheguroo Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguroo Ji Ki Fateh! Alright! So after some consideration, I decided not to shutdown SikhKeertan.com. For one, I still seem to get 10 or so hits on my site daily and I still have data being transfered. And I still need the server space. So it came down to keeping SikhKeertan.com up and running! I'm going to try to update my blog and the site daily or at least on a weekly basis. In the meantime, check out the newly added Keertan from a North Carolina Rainnsabaee =). Anyways there a lot events happening soon! Well first off there is a Rainnsabaee on December 1st at Southington Gurudwara. Please come! It would be great to see a lot of sangat! Anyways, on December 22nd, there is a Rainnsabaee in Atlanta, Georgia. Bhai Jasbir Singh Ji (Mohali) and Bhai Telvinder Singh Ji (TO) along with other Gursikhs will be attending! Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh! So the site has been up less than a year and its time to close it down. You might be asking why. Well mainly because there at too many sites with keertan on it. Why do we need so many sites for keertan. There should be one site with the ultimate keertan database. So on that note, Keertan.org will be taking all the audio from SikhKeertan.com. I will still be uploading more audio, but it will be on Keertan.org. So stop coming to this site and go to Keertan.org! The site will still be up until all the keertan is transfered. The site will close October 1st, 2007. Thanks for being great visitors and downloading keertan. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh! I haven't updated the website in a while, especially the media section. Anyways, during the time I wasn't updating the site, I was uploading videos to Google Video and pictures to my Flickr. On June 16, 2007, Norwalk Gurudwara had a Rainnsabaee. I took many pictures as well as videos from the Rainnsabee. The pictures can be found here. Two weeks ago was the Annual Akhand Keertani Jatha Toronto Smagaam. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh! AmritNaamPeevoh.Org has now become SikhKeertan.Com. The main reason for the change was due to the difficulty in spelling the previous domain. Also new is the layout! The new layout is much more simpler then the previous. If you have any comments on it, please drop me an email at SinghGTR @ gmail . com In other news, there are some upcoming programs. As you may know, Bhai Hardeep Singh Ji (Delhi Vale) is in the US and in the tri-state area. Every Friday night and Sunday morning Veerji will be doing keertan at Norwalk Gurudwara. Also, this upcoming Saturday May 26, 2007, there is a Day Smagam at Southington Gurudwara for. The Norwalk Rainnsabaee will be held on June 16 at Norwalk Gurudwara. Make sure to keep that night open! Also, Toronto Smagam is coming up! The dates are July 1 - July 8! And on July 21, 2007, Southington Gurudwara will be having a Rainnsabaee. Details will come soon.
